Day 1 November 30, 2022: Flight from Denver to New York City (D) We arrive in New York and are transferred to the Marriott Courtyard Time Square Westwith our guide. This evening we will have a special dinner in Chinatown. After Dinner, we will take a Holiday Lights panoramic city tour. See the giant Christmas tree and ice skating rink at Rockefeller Center, elaborate Fifth Avenue window displays and other festive scenes that make December special in New York.
Day 2: December 1, 2022 (B) After breakfast, we will meet our guide and walk a few blocks to, The Ride. Welcome aboard the multi-million dollar motor coach, known as THE RIDE. A portfolio of critically acclaimed and unparalleled New York City experiences. Watch as the city unfolds through a floor to ceiling glass window and stadium style seating with 40 LCD TV screens and surround sound. The city sightseeing will be unforgettable. Afternoon at leisure and dinner on your own This evening, we will go to Radio City Music Hall to see a show like no other, the Rockettes and the Christmas Spectacular.
Day 3: December 2, 2022 (B,L) Today’s sightseeing will include a visit to the top of the World famous Empire State Building. Located in the Center of Midtown Manhattan, the observatories Provide unforgettable views of New York City and Beyond. Our next stop will be the 911 Memorial and Museum. The September 11 Memorial is a tribute of remembrance And honor to the nearly 3,000 people killed in the terror Attacks of September 11, 2001. The National September 11 Memorial Museum serves as the country’s principal institution for examining the implications of the events of 9/11, documenting the impact of those events and exploring the continuing significance of September 11, 2001. The Museum’s 110,000 square feet of exhibition space is located within the archaeological heart of the World Trade Center site – telling the story of 9/11 through multimedia displays, archives, narratives and a collection of monumental and authentic artifacts. After the guided museum tour, we will have lunch at a local restaurant Afternoon & Evening at leisure. There is so much to see in New York. During your free time, you might want to consider visiting; • MOMA – New York’s famous Museum of Modern Art • Guggenheim Museum or New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art. • A tour of the United Nations (tour lasts 45 to 60 minutes). • Grand Central Station. Read Linda Fairstein’s Terminal City – a novel that includes wonderful research and descriptions of Central Station. • St. Patrick’s Cathedral
Day 4: December 3, 2022 (B) Day at leisure OR Optional Full Day Tour to Ellis & Liberty Island - $169 per person Depart the hotel at approximately 8:30 AM with our local guide and coach, transfer to the ferry pier. We will sail up to, Liberty Island and get up close to one of the worlds most iconic attractions, Lady Liberty herself, standing tall over the harbor. Next we sail to Ellis Island and reflect on America’s rich immigrant history – and the perilous journeys so many took to get here – at the Ellis Island Immigration Museum. Later in the day, we will transfer back to our hotel by coach, arriving at approximately 4 PM This evening we will be treated to a Broadway Play
Day 5 December 4, 2022 (B,D) Morning at leisure to relax or take in some shopping This afternoon we will be treated to another Broadway Play. Following the theatre performance, we will have a Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 6 December 5, 2022 (B) Today we travel to the airport by coach with our guide for our flight back to Denver
